Event details

  • Wednesday | May 3, 2017 to Saturday | May 20, 2017
  • All Day

Sandra will be exhibiting her work on the walls of the Tuppenny Gallery from Wednesday 3rd May – Thursday 1st June.

This week Sandra will be here on Thursday 11th and Friday 12th between 10am and 2pm, and this Saturday 13th May and Sunday 14th May between 11am and 4pm.

Otherwise, please phone the office on 01243 377780 in advance if you are planning a visit, or email sandraizardartist@gmail.com, to check that the centre is open and that you will be allowed access (this is imperative to avoid a wasted trip as the centre is closed during times of school trips, private hires and other occasional events/workshops).
Sandra is a local Artist who regularly exhibits her work on the Chichester and Arundel gallery trails.
Commissions include work for the National Trust and, more recently, the illustration of a Children’s book called ‘Midnight and Mister Perkins’.
The exhibition here at Tuppenny barn focuses on Sandra’s recent work, inspired by sketches from her regular walks on the South Downs and her love of the landscape.  She says “I hope to have captured an emotional response, as evidenced by the freedom of mark-making immediacy…….drawn directly from nature”.
