Develop your artisan culinary skills with award-winning chef Lawrence Murphy from Fat Olives, Emsworth, and learn how to bake an organic, brown free-form loaf and a tasty white loaf, to take home.
Lawrence will prepare the brown bread dough in advance (so it will have already proved once). You will then knock this back and second prove the dough, so that it can later be shaped it into either bread or rolls. Whilst the loaf is second-proving you will all prepare a white loaf individually from scratch.
Take a stroll around our organic smallholding at Tuppenny Barn Organics between loaves, whilst the smell of baking bread fills the air!
Tickets: £39 pp, including welcome refreshments and all ingredients. Equipment and aprons will be provided, as will a recipe card to take home. Please book in advance online.
