A Bountiful Season

This season has produced bountiful yields in our vegetable, fruit and flower production. If you visit our twice weekly produce shop you will find the fruits of our labour.

This year we have introduced a loganberry to go alongside our other berries, namely redcurrants, gooseberries, blackcurrants, raspberries, strawberries and jostaberries. We have worked hard to get the berry harvest in and will be producing jams, chutneys, fruit vinegars and cordials in the coming months for all to savour.

Our flower cutting garden is now coming into its own as we learn more about producing flowers for selling in the shop. This is an area we hope to expand as we are passionate about promoting home grown flowers to our local community. In the coming months you will be able to buy regular flowers from the field, all grown organically, with love and attention. Becca and I will be attending a seed saving course in September with an aim of extending our knowledge for home production.
