An Introduction to Fish Filleting


Fish filleting is a skill that needs to be learned but once mastered is a skill for life enabling you to create delicious fish dishes at home.

Chantelle from Fresh from the Boat will teach you how to spot good quality fish, gut, descale, fillet, pin bone and, finally, prepare a flat fish.

All fish and equipment will be provided; you will also get to take home the fish that you have prepared.

£39 per person, includes a welcome refreshment.
