Led by Rachel Elliott, qualified Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist, this workshop will introduce simple mindfulness techniques that can be incorporated into everyday life enabling you to enjoy a greater sense of emotional and physical wellbeing. If you choose to do the two further sessions on 6 and 13 February you will gain the knowledge and techniques to change unhelpful and unhealthy thinking patterns and behaviours to more constructive, flexible and resilient ways of thinking.
