Using the best of what is local, sustainable and seasonal, Head chef and Fat Olives restaurant-owner Lawrence Murphy will be tantalising our taste-buds with a cookery demonstration creating a dish using organic produce that have come straight from the Tuppenny Barn growing beds, as well as other local suppliers.
The menu will be decided once we know exactly what is ready to eat on the day. You will also receive a print-out of Lawrence’s recipe to take away with you.
