Spend an enjoyable evening in the kitchen at Tuppenny Barn with expert tuition from Jas Sing. We will cover:
- Different spices used in Indian cookery
- Demonstration of the following dishes to form a simple and homely meal. a. Simple chicken curry. b.Jeera Rice. c. Courgette raita
- Sit down together to eat the dishes made.
- Round up the evening with Q&A

Jas Singh has been involved in teaching Asian cookery for about 25 years. She teaches Indian, Malaysian and Thai cooking in the Adult Education Department. Jas enjoys cooking simple and nutritious dishes for her family and friends always using fresh and good quality ingredients.
