Following on from the Indian Cookery Evening last year the much admired and talented cooks Jas Singh & Alison Windust  team up again to offer a cookery journey through the delights of Thai food with a comprehensive demonstration and tasting, including a glass of organic wine.  Jas will talk of her travels far and wide and her passion for cooking Thai food.  You will get the opportunity to watch the duo in action and then sit down to taste the results.  We know you will have a great gourmet evening.
