UK Harvest hold pop-up dinners, using surplus produce from donors, to create delicious dishes for the members of the community to enjoy. They aim to educate attendees with innovative approaches to food waste prevention while enjoying rescued food.
This very special pop-up restaurant, in collaboration with Tuppenny Barn will be supported by the talented and award winning trainee chefs from Park Community school.
