The cookery workshop will include:-
“Let the BEET drop” – a Beetroot Hummus amazing for meal prep, dinner parties and lunch boxes
“CHEEZY does it” – vegan cheesy quiche. Easy pastry with no butter, oils and hidden nasties
“You can’t DAHL my shine” – Tadka Dahl in all its coconut lemony loveliness. Soul food right there
“Bit on the SIDE” – impressive and tasty side Slaw dressing of dreams, Cashew Mayo
“What a CHOC star” – refined sugar free chocolate orange tart. Showing you how to make real chocolate, not just by melting some down
Afterwards, you will be served all of these dishes at a wonderful sit down lunch with herbal teas or a glass of fizz, and there will be a goodie bag from with some fruit and nut chocolates and recipe cards to take away.
