Description:

Explore the superstitions and folklore of the hedgerows with Christine from The Hedgerow Apothecary.

Learn how our ancestors used plants to keep themselves healthy and their families safe from bad luck and witches.

After an informative walk around the hedgerows at Tuppenny Barn, Christine will demonstrate how to make Elderberry Rob, a soothing cordial for sore throats and chesty coughs.

We will also be making Bramble vinegar traditionally used as a gargle to ease prickly throats.

You will have a bottle of each remedy to take home.

Tickets: £35 pp; includes homemade cake and coffee.
