Jonathan has been an insurance claims professional throughout an International career with major loss adjusting firms, the Financial Services Compensation Scheme and as Head of Single Risks claims for Global Reinsurer SCOR.  He is past President and Interim CEO of the Chartered Insurance Institute and past President of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters.  Throughout his career he has been an active lecturer and trainer with a focus on the development of future talent.

He is now a consultant to a US based NGO and a trustee of several charities with a focus on serving the local community.  At Tuppenny Barn Jonathan is a regular of the “Friday” team and has enjoyed the chance to learn so much about organic cultivation and horticulture.
