The party season is upon us and our preparations for a New Year’s Eve party to remember are well in hand.
Not only have we booked a top party band guaranteed to play the songs that will appeal to all ages but we have also arranged a number of activities to ensure that the fun and entertainment continues into the Year of the Rooster.
People born in a Rooster year are confident and courageous and, being popular in a crowd, they like to be the centre of attention. So we will be keeping an eye out for those born in Rooster years as they enjoy the spotlight.
Perhaps our special Rockaoke session will provide the opportunity to make an impression. It’s Karaoke but with a live band rather than singing to a backing track. All the rage elsewhere and we’re delighted to be presenting such an original idea with the assistance of Bubsie & the Beat Bros.
Left to their own line-up, Bubsie and her musicians will play three sets during the evening. Their extensive repertoire mixes classic tunes from the ‘50s to modern hits and includes artists such as Elvis Presley, the Beatles, Rolling Stones, Queen, Madonna, Fleetwood Mac, Adele and Bruno Mars.
We will have a licensed bar featuring a wide selection of popular beers and wine plus a fortifying chicken or vegetarian curry to keep the energy levels high.
Our guests can also take part in a silent auction and raffle for gifts or experiences that have been donated by our business friends in the community plus a few inclusive but not obligatory games.
Tickets are £25.00 for an adult and £15.00 for under 12’s, which includes one meal per person. We’re sorry but our system is not currently set up to purchase adult and under 12’s tickets at the same time – sorry. You can either go through the purchasing process twice, or do feel free to phone the office on 01243 377780 to make payment over the phone.
